Stay active this winter break with Sport Training and Conditioning Camps from Train Waco.
December 29th - 31st
These classes will focus primarily on the development of the athlete’s accuracy, agility, speed, power, strength, and coordination. Strength portions will include either bodyweight and/or lighter weight movements depending on the athlete’s current ability. We will also incorporate an educational component to these classes to better enhance each athlete’s knowledge of nutrition and exercise, and the role each plays in their overall performance.
