We are starting a new strength and conditioning camp focusing on building overall strength, speed and agility for all high-school aged athletes. We include 4 days a week of full body training, mixed with plyometric training and conditioning to best prepare your athlete for their sport of choice. Get guidance from Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists each day to build along 8 weeks of a progressive, measurable program.
