ELEMENTS 101

Learn the basics. Elements is our way of providing you with a path for your success.  Not everyone’s path is the same so why should yours? During Elements, you’ll receive an analysis on your movment patterns for exercises you can expect to see in class.  This will begin your education process as you continue to receive information throughout your time with us.

Elements is required to enter any of the CrossFit classes.

CROSSFIT WACO

CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program consisting of functional movements that are constantly varied at high intensity. CrossFit is designed to be broad including movements from a variety of disciplines. The 1-stop fitness class.

Fast and furious

FIT WACO

The Fit Waco Class is a longer duration workout that uses rowing, biking, and running while incorporating many of the fundamental movements of fitness.  Get moving, Get Breathing.

Get STRONG

STRONG WACO

Strong Waco is a group class that is focused completely on getting and looking stronger. This program is a combination of weightlifting, powerlifting, and bodybuilding accessory work. Put your muscle where our mouth is.

BARBELLA

Barbella is a women-only version of our Strong Waco class. Learn the basics of lifting weights, or work on more advanced techniques. Get in shape with other women Saturdays starting at 8:30 am.
