Train Waco is redefining "bootcamp" classes
Bootcamps are group classes that combine the core movements of CrossFit in a group-coaching setting. All of the movements are done with just body weight, making it the perfect place to learn how to move safely while pushing yourself at the same time!
Classes typically take an hour, with a coach leading first with stretching and warm-ups. The core workouts last between 15-35 minutes, depending on the programming.
